bw Bucharest hosts a new promotion of the Europe Senior Tourism programme

29.11.2011. Bucharest is the latest promotional stop for the Europe Senior Tourism programme, where the Head of R+D+I, Carlos Romero, gave a press conference accompanied by Euroseniors, the company in charge of managing the trips, in which he presented the new developments for the third edition in 2011/2012. He also held a meeting with the tour operators responsible for marketing the product in Romania: Happy Tours, Prestige Tours, Paravion Tours and Travel House. The festive note was provided by a typical Andalusian expert ham slicer, who offered delicious Spanish cured ham to all the participants at both events.

The 2011/2012 season of Europe Senior Tourism was launched last 1 October, and is set to conclude on 30 April 2012, with three destinations available to seniors: Balearic Islands, Region of Valencia and Andalusia.

Romanian seniors can enjoy a trip to Spain for a maximum net price for the basic package of €411 euros, which includes return airfare, transfers between the airport and the hotel, accommodation in four-star hotels, half board including drinks (water and wine), daily entertainment programme, one free excursion, tourist guide at the destination in the language of the group, medical assistance and travel insurance.

In the two first editions, over 6,000 Romanians enjoyed the advantages of travelling with Europe Senior Tourism and were able to experience all the attractions offered by Spanish destinations in the low season.
