Viajes Zoetrope proposed for organizing the trips in the Europe Senior Tourism pilot project

The abridged procedure for contracting a company to organize, market, manage and carry out the trips forming part of the Europe Senior Tourism Pilot Project ended on May 18 with the submission of four bids.
The SEGITTUR Contracting Committee, once having analyzed the report for Evaluation of the bids submitted for the procedure, agreed to propose to the SEGITTUR Contracting Body the assignment of the contract to the company VIAJES ZOETROPE, S.A., which earned the highest technical score in accordance with the scale in the official contracting specifications.
In this sense, the company proposed for assignment must file the documentation requested for this purpose before the final assignment can be completed, as well as signing the proper contract.
The bid by Viajes Zoetrope foresees carrying out the program at 32 hotels, 16 in each participating Autonomous Region (the Balearic Islands and Andalusia), all with four stars. At the same time, more than 10,000 points of sales have been presented in 14 European Union countries: Holland, Belgium, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Italy, Austria, Greece, Portugal, Denmark, France, the Czech Republic, Romania and Bulgaria.
SEGITTUR would like to express its thanks for the effort made by the remaining companies in the presentation of their bids, because of what that means in terms of the confidence in the Europe Senior Tourism Pilot Project.
