5th European Forum for Social Tourism

SEGITTUR is organising the 5th BITS (Bureau International du Tourisme Social) European Forum for Social Tourism, in conjunction with the Regional Government of Andalusia, and on this occasion with the participation of  the EC with the launch of the preparatory action known as CALYPSO.

The Forum will take place on 15, 16 and 17 October in Malaga. The central theme for this event is: “Social Tourism and the crisis: impacts and opportunities”.

The 5th European Forum on Social Tourism will emphasize the plurality of the event, analysing the current situation and the future of social tourism from a variety of angles and for different groups: the elderly, young people, the disabled and families.

The Forum is conceived as a space where different groups can debate subjects of interest, share experiences, and take a look into the future to advance the development of social tourism.
